tried to use during an ice storm blackout...no sir
i ordered 2 of these for me and my girl because my phone batt died at a terrible time. and i wasnt in my own car with my charger. i charged it up til the red light turned green. anyway, we had a bad ice storme like 2 weeks ago and i our power was off for 4 days. i routinely charged my iphone (4) when i go to sleep so it was good for that next day but when it finally died, i connected it. and it hardly did ANYTHING. i should send them back! but i guess you get what you pay for.... i would not recommend this to anyone ...(maybe if you have a little flip phone of tracfone)
