Got this on a deal with coupon so I saved few $. The reason I got it because I'm always outside. So when I'm at break I would like to do some work out since I don't have time to go to the gym.So when you get it first, you need to adjust the tension of the tubes or else it going to be very loose. To adjust the tension you just turn it over and loop the tubes around the paller. As for the looks, it's ok. I can see why some people said it is cheap. The plastic is made out of those hard plastic, so even if I lay on my body weight on it it won't break. As for the workout part it can do like 5-10 different workouts. They will give you a color picture instructions on it.Over all, because I don't go to the gym I like it to have this as a portable equipment as a mini gym. I'm male 5'6" weight 117 pound. I found this Revoflex a good alternative for going to the gym every other day. This roler is easy to carry and very light weight. Using this I can feel that my muscle is getting tonner day by day. The rubber seems tough and is not easy to break. If you are a person who has big body mass, be carefull using the hand roller because this is not a metal roller that can hold heavy weight.• Fun to use• Quick level adjustment• Easy to store

A compact piece of equipment that is actually pretty versatile! I bought this to try to get in some ab workouts at home, but I can do so much more with it. It came with a sheet showing multiple exercises that it can be used for. I can really feel it in my arms when I use it. I actually haven’t even used it for ab work yet. I’m too busy working on my arms and chest. My daughter is using it for its intended purpose and she can already feel it’s effects on her abdominals. I feel like it was a great choice and would heartily recommend it to anyone that is looking for a multipurpose, space-saving piece of workout equipment.

I received mine today, delivered on time. I’m so excited, I tried it and I liked the feelings I’ve got in my Ab area. Now let see if the cable will hold up. I’m 130lb, not tall. I will update my review in like 3 weeks or so.

I don’t know is this work for my workouts is just been a week and so far looks good a just notable the makes a squawking noise for me feels like I am going to broke but hopefully is just the plastic material. Also I am 5’3 and I think the strips or cords and big for me I was able to do few with no problem I think time with let me know for sure if this works. Comes with a storage bag and also a flier with exercises.

I love this equipment. I can very easily target muscles for my workout for my abs, legs, and arms. I can change the resistance based on the length of the band, and this product came with a pamphlet of sample exercises to do, which I really appreciate. Also it doesn't take up much space! I store it under my bed and am super glad I can get a good workout at home without having to pay a lot for a gym membership.

I wanted a new simple yet versatile equipment to add to the home workout routine.This does just that. The adjustable bands add varying levels of resistance and you can do a bunch of different exercises with just this one piece of equipment.One thing I would recommend doing though is using a towel over the base if you are using for an ab wheel. It helps make it a little more comfortable

I bought it about 2 months ago and have really enjoyed using them. I was worried the bands would loosen up but they have help up great.
