Although it is a cold pressed perilla oil, the flavor and taste were great.I have never had a cold pressed perilla oil that doesn't taste well.

Decided to try perilla oil after watching some documentary about it. It has very neutral taste with slight nutty aroma. Very good with salads or additions to hot dishes.
