The Swimming Drill Book

It points out things to look for which is nice, but the explanations and the drawings are the best.

Straight forward and to the point, great resource for skills and drills that slip away over time.

This book is what it says it is. It's a complete drill book; and it covers many aspects of each exercise, images included. But I knew many drills that weren't included in this version, and I wonder which other exercised may I be missing. This is a good book, but could be better.

I swim competitively and this has helped immensely.

this book was very helpful to me on helping swimmers who ust aren't etting what they are suppose to do. awesome graphics so swimmers no exactly what they are suppose to do. Use on a daily basis.

This book is useful even for people who have learned to swim as adults and occasionally need to be reminded of a few things. It takes nothing to get back into ones old habits, but having this book is a safe way of remembering how one should do it. Clear and effective illustrations make it easy to read.

THIS IS A GREAT BOOK TO ASSIST THE BEGINNER TO ADVANCED SWIMMER. FANTASTIC FOR THE SWIM TEAM STUDENT TRYING TO IMPROVE STROKE PERFORMANCE.

not too much more from previous edition,if you have the previous one dont bother but if not then is a useful tool for any coach.

slightly disappointed as other reviewers pointed out there is not a lot of innovation here and most of the drills are basic. I was hoping to find some inspiration, but I didn't.
