7/2022: I've used this bike a little over a year now, every week that I had it, except for vacation weeks. It has held up very well. I often stand up and ride with the bike set to the hardest peddling level, and it is a great way to get my heartrate up fast and move different muscles. I still love this bike and it has changed my life because on days I don't have time or willpower to go out and exercise this gives me an easy way to exercise while enjoying entertainment indoors. The one improvement I wish they would make to it is that I would like it to fold and unfold more easily. The knob on mine that you have to use to unscrew the hinged legs and then pull it out to then fold the bike is very difficult for me to use sometimes. It also can be difficult for me to get the bike safely snapped back into a correct position when I am ready to use it again. It is easier to just leave the bike set up for me and to move the bike to a storage spot all while keeping it in the fully ready, unfolded position. Folding it is just too difficult to do regularly so I reserve that for times when I really need to get it out of the way. That is the only downside of this bike in my opinion, since I got it in part because it is a small exercise solution for a small apartment. However, even unfolded this bike doesn't take up a huge amount of space, so I am still happy with it despite this design flaw that needs to be improved in the future models. 10/2021: It has been a game changer for me to have this bicycle to ride when i don't feel like it have time to go out for a run or walk. It was easy to put together. It's easy to move, lightweight, and easy enough to fold and put away when needed, though i leave mine out most of the time because i use it often. The chair is very comfortable. It's impressively sturdy, and has held up well to four months of heavy duty use so far. Also, customer service for the company is super responsive. I had a faulty computer part at first and they replaced it with a friendly attitude. Summary: this is a high quality, inexpensive indoor bike that's incredibly quiet, has a great range of resistance, and i can sit and watch shows or surf the internet while i exercise! What's not to like?

UPDATE: It is now 5 Weeks later, June 28, and I still love this bike. It is still quiet, steady and strong. I use the bike 3x a week and I’ve lost 11 pounds. So I’m thrilled. I’m on level 6, so if you’re a real gym rat, it might be a little too easy for you. I use it for 30 minutes, with the bands, and when I get tired of the bands, to mix things up, I move my arms like I’m running. Let me tell you, when I’m done, I’m drenched in sweat. So it does the trick for me. I’m very happy with this purchase! I highly recommend!******* Original review, May 15: This bike is so much better than I expected. Great quality for the price. I’m A 52 year old woman, I weigh 250 pounds, 5’6, inseam 31”. I’m not handy at all. The instructions are excellent. So clear. I didn’t need to watch a video to put it together. Took me 2 hours. I took my time, laid everything out. Nothing was damaged, well packaged. The seat is pretty comfortable. I have a big butt, so I feel the bars on the side, but they don’t bother me when pedaling. The back rest is fine. A little higher would have been perfect, but good enough. It’s quiet so far. Hopefully, that won’t change. The screen is fine, simple. I can put my iPhone or iPad on it. The bike is steady and strong. I leaned over to grab my phone, which was on a table nearby. No wobble at all. The middle part is high, so you have to use caution when mounting and dismounting. You have to raise your leg and foot high to get over. Be careful and pay attention when you’re getting off, especially if you’ve had a good workout and your legs are wobbly. The bands and the fact that you can adjust the bike to a recumbent position are fabulous bonuses. Plus it’s foldable! You cannot adjust the intensity of the bands. But I read a good tip from another reviewer that said she grabbed both bands in one hand to increase the difficulty, so I might try that later. I’m thrilled with this bike so far. I will give an update in a month. I’m not sure if this bike would suit a tall person. I guess it depends on how long your legs are. This bike is perfect for me and I highly recommend!

I bought this bike as a present and needed it within days. I was afraid it I would not have enough time to assemble since I ordered close to the b-day I was giving it for. My fears were un-founded since I got it put together with relative ease in two hours. I streamed the "how to" video from the amazon order page on my tv and followed along step by step. I was actually quite proud when I got done and gave it a quick pedal to try it out. The bike pedals smoothly and quietly, and the arm bands in just my quick few minutes really made my arms feel a little tired (I knew the bands were working in other words) For the money spent, I think this is an incredibly nice exercise bike. The digital programming was not super high tech like in a gym or on a unit costing thousands, but that is not what exercise is about. If you need to get moving and start an easy daily routine at home this is a winner in my book!

Ocupa muy poco espacio, es muy silenciosa y es una muy buena opción para hacer ejercicio en casa. Trae unas cuerdas de resistencia para hacer ejercicio de brazo y las encuentro muy útiles. Altamente recomendado teniendo en cuenta que soy una persona liviana y de baja estatura. No se para alguien muy alto o pesado si funcione bien.

La bicicleta llegó a los tres días, dos semanas antes de la fecha indicada. Las piezas llegaron en perfecto estado y protegidas. Las instrucciones de montaje vienen en español y en inglés, incluyen las herramientas necesarias y, aunque se tarda un tiempo en montar (45 min. en nuestro caso), las instrucciones se entienden perfectamente y todo funciona a la primera. Los acabados son de calidad, la bicicleta se transporta bien gracias a dos ruedas en la parte delantera, se puede doblar para ocupar poco espacio y es muy silenciosa. En mi opinión los 8 niveles de resistencia son más que suficientes. Yo mido 185cm y no encuentro la postura perfecta para estirar las piernas durante el pedaleo como en una bicicleta de montaña, pero es la primera bicicleta estática que tengo y desconozco si es lo habitual o no, mi mujer que tiene menos altura está encantada. No es de las bicicletas más baratas del mercado, pero estamos más que contentos con la compra.

Muy fácil de montar, en menos de una hora. Mido 173 y no choco con el manillar ni nada. Mi pareja mide 183 y tampoco, solo choca un poco con los brazos cuando se apoya, pero no es molesto y puede cambiar de postura. Muy cómoda de usar. La recomiendo 100% P.d. Después de casi un año de uso diario , la bicicleta sigue igual, de verdad, no sé ha roto nada ni se ha desgastado y aún no he tenido que cambiar las pilas de la pantalla. Muy buena compra, de verdad.

Maybe it's ok for people shorter than 5'5, but otherwise it's not. Wasted my time on assembling, then disassembling and sending back. The limitations must be specified in the description.
