Very durable metal material, clear lettering, easy to find and read in an emergency.

Product arrived earlier than expected (though Amazon thinks it arrived a day before it did for some weird reason), looks great, stainless steel, engraving & accent color are correct, very happy with the results. Popped out 3 links with the included tool, fits well, clasp holds.

Good quality bracelet and easy to get engraved. Device to remove pins to size it didn’t work so well and had to remove pins by other means. Other than that I like it.

Everyone complements the stylish bracelet, with a iridescent blue and black appearance. The engraved plate is easily readable and clear, and the inset ink in the engraving has not faded in the several months I've had it. When I first got the bracelet, I had not adjusted it, because I have a large wrist. While walking, one of the links fell out, the pin was too small in that one link. Luckily, I was able to salvage the bracelet and remove the link with the bad pin using the included link removal tool. The clasp is a bit difficult to operate, as it tightly clasps together, and is difficult to remove with one hand - the benefit to that being that it is tightly secured. If you want something stylish and fairly durable once you check all the pins, I would recommend this.

This medical alert bracelet is high quality. I had to contact customer service to understand how to remove the extra links. They were very helpful. It was a great value for the money.

I love this band, and fits my comfort and style for being a younger man. Plus It is handy and completely describes my handicap. I love the doctors card to prescribe it to me, the bag, and the link it came with. You all are awsome, and it arrived in the mail way sooner than it was supposed to be here. Thanks again.

After waiting 25 days for this product it finally arrived and is pretty decent. The shipping was a mess. This bracelet comes from CHINA and is shipped by a company called Yanwen. The product arrived late, the tracking was way off and stopped midway through the process, no updates. Do yourself a favor ...buy American!
