Snow Joe SJBLZD-JMB-SJB 2-In-1 Telescoping Jumbo Snow Broom + Ice Scraper,Blue

I have another telescoping Snow Joe, that I got at Home Depot last year. I thought this would be the same in comparable functionality. The issue with this model, is that the foam head is in a fixed position when the handle is attached. In the other model (it's yellow), there is a push button so you can immediately fold the foam head down against the handle for storage. Be advised, that in order to store this flat in your trunk, you have to completely unscrew and remove the handle. Really not convenient for all winter's use. Edit after using seceral times: Because the foam head screws on, it begins to unscrew/loosen after a few swipes across the windshield.

Handle does not extend, it twists but can't get the inner tube to extend out from the outer, all in all in person this looks to be a very cheap and flimsy product.

Having an SUV (or not) you need this. It's just unsafe to see people not cleaning off their roof, the snow melting and basically killing people on the road. In our state, it's illegal not to have the car cleaned off and the state is cracking down which is a good thing! But this tool makes it easy to clean off with the extended pole. Yes, don't let heavy wet snow mount 12" and expect this to bulldoze all the snow. While my foam is still intact, you cannot expect to clean everything and anything.With that said, the telescoping action is awesome. I'm 5'10" but still means that traditional brush is very cumbersome and time-consuming. With this, one push and can get rid of most snow. It's soft enough I don't have to worry about scratching up my paint or the window for any reason. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to get the snow off the roof and my entire car.Now, sometimes the lock for the telescoping section will freeze over time but if you have grippy winter gloves, it's a non-issue. I'll just throw in the entire thing into the back of my car. If I wanted to store it after winter, it disassembles and doesn't take up any room at all in the shed.So overall, I highly recommend it! Very easy to use, light and of course keeps others safe on the road!

Not a very quality product. It will never survive a Pennsylvania winter. The big blue snow pusher part feels like a cheap piece of hard styrofoam covered in plastic. Sent them back.

The entire Snow Broom is actually quite nice, but my issues aren't really with anything I expected to be problematic. The issue I had was with screwing the pole into the base of the broom, it completely stripped in less than a few months. Then I realize it's really cheap plastic, no wonder it stripped! I've put almost no pressure on it screwing it in and out and it wore out completely. Now it just twists around infinitely to no end, kind of poor design for a company that's so reputable. Probably won't go with this manufacturer again, if only I had noticed this earlier I would have returned it. Guess I'll just use it until it breaks completely, maybe just glue it in with flex seal or something.

I bought one of these for myself, it was so good I bought one for my son a couple of years ago. My daughter-in-law did not have one So this Christmas I bought one for her . She was thrilled !! She works long hours in the hospital , sometime she goes to work and it’s not even snowing and comes out & we end up having a lot of snow. She needs to clear her car to get home . It is a fabulous product. Those brushes are ridiculous, especially with the deep snow, plus you end up getting full of snow. With this one, all you need is one pass and the car is clean and you are dry ,fabulous product!!! It comes apart so it doesn’t take up any room.

Really good for clearing snow off of cars. You can push the snow to other side of car even off roof of a van. Saves time. Alot better than brush to clear snow. Only issue is extended handle shortens when snow is heavy and hard to push so 4stars instead of 5.

I'm short at 5'9" and my new Silverado truck is not exactly easy to clean off in this Michigan snow! I saw a friend with this gadget and I just had to have one! It works same works well. Clears the vehicle of snow pretty darn quick. I can clean the truck off in the fraction of the time compared to a regular snow brush. Get one and you'll ask yourself why haven't you bought one all these years like I did.

I like it but after I used it a couple of times, the "head" spins.. Quite annoying..

It's great, I would definitely recommend it. I like that its light weight. I'm only 5' tall so this is perfect for me!
