Dislike how big it is.

I've tried the other 3 or 4 (cheaper) top 'rain shower' showerheads on Amazon and they all fail in a short time. My family is different heights, so someone is always re-aiming the showerhead up or down. The lesser showerheads all began to crack and leak either around the main body or at the coupling! This MOEN unit is metal and quality made! You'll feel it as soon as you open the box! DEFINITELY worth it at just over twice the price of the others. Water pressure is more than ample and usage is lower than before because it doesn't leak when its on! Highly recommended.

Looks nice. Comes down as rain but it is a soft rain. I like more pressure than this head provides. We have another rain head from delta that provides much more pressure.

This is a great looking showerhead and is clearly made from quality materials. Throw some thread tape on the shower spout, screw this on, and you're good to go. Moen's Water(non)sense technology is at work here, reducing the flow of water to less than optimal. You can work around this particular problem if you take a look at it, but even then the flow isn't spectacular.If you have exceptionally hard water, like I do, you'll find yourself needing to rub your hand over the individual spouts to break off the crud and get it back to delivering maximum water every once in a while and you'll eventually end up soaking it in white vinegar to break up the sediment. This is just a fact of life with these rain shower heads.I kind of wish I would've bought two for my shower and plumbed them both in but I did have a budget to stick to and one of these things are expensive enough.

Replaced standard shower head that was 30+ years old. This one looks great and the water feels so comfy on your body. Love the way it works. Happy with the product.

Turned on the shower last night and the shower head split open and sprayed the entire bath room. I pinched it back together so now the water comes out all over the place, around the edge and so forth. What gives, have contacted Moen to see what they say and hopefully replace the head. Other than that we really like the shower head.Update: emailed Moen support, they were simply great replaced the shower head with in 2 days and we are back up enjoying there product. A company that stands behind their product, will continue to support and use there items.

Looks fantastic and covers a lot of area. I love it that my kids complain that there is no place to hide from the water

Arrived in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, with nothing -- not a slip of paper concerning installation, warranty, or anything else. Looks good, but who knows?

..... and didn't cost $300! Seems good quality
