Used in a strong LTE band 3 area but performed erratically and unreliably. Just in the streets around my home it functioned perfectly one day then was useless the next i.e showed device to be 200m away when only 2m away and sometimes never tracked at all. My phone works 100% within Band 3. I expect the same from a dedicated tracker on which my dogs safety may depend.Very disappointed.

Seems to work, instructions are poor but you can get the gist. Great for seeing were my cat goes. A smidge bit out on location but not by much. Will be gettin another

There was no information when I was buying this product that it needs a sim card

What a waste of time. Been trying for weeks to register the device through the app. Nothing. Can't do it. Just keeps saying junber is registered. Nothing else happens or works. The device is useless without the app. 3 months later I get reply from supplier. Stating the Id is serial number and password is last 6 digits of serial number so remember this when you buy one.

tried setting this up all afternoon and still havent . When try to set up the registration keep getting the SMS send false message after entering my mob number details ..
