This product is not very good at all..I bought 2 in case the dog chews one like he chewed the original...But the buttons have to be pushed very hard , and most of the time wont function .....both of them the same ...one only worked for a week , then stopped working all together....2nd one was frustrating to use...same reason button has to be pushed very hard for any action...my dog ended up chewing it.....they are junk anyway...I just ordered the original Sony product...and the difference is night and day....worth the $32. Over this one

i think for the price that i pay is not worth it ,the up and down buttons are hard to press, i press and hold for a while to change the channels..... its frustrating

Only works from 5ft away and not all buttons work. I don’t this it’s a real Sony remote

Replacement worked right out of the box.

Works great, lost the first one somewhere in bedroom. So I replaced it.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Depends on how hard you bang on it
