I have been using this product for about 3 years since the onset of menopause. There are many important reasons I continue to use this specific product. Recently, I went without it for a few days, maybe 5. There was a noticeable difference in my sex drive. Hot flashes increased. Prior to this short hiatus, I have been enjoying minimal, if any, hot flashes. This estrogen and progesterone creme combination is purely plant based which makes it perfect for me.

This product works gradually. One small measured dose of both applied to the back of the knees and the inner thighs and most symptoms disappear. For me, the hot flashes accompanied by severe nausea was the most dire symptom that needed to be rectified immediately. However, subtle changes in hair texture, lines around the neck and chest area began to fill in. The next change was the increased libido. Initially, I foolishly bathed in it and took too much too fast resulting in dizzyness and slight heart palpitations. After I decreased the amount to the aforementioned areas once at night, I can sleep the entire night and hotflashes are gone, unless I am exercising or really exerting myself. I would recommend this product to anyone who does not wish to take HRT and/or any with a history of cancer.

I'm sixty years old and have been using this product for years. It really helped stabilize my mood and hot flashes. My hot flashes have minimized to about three to four times a month. Previous to using the product my sleep was interrupted with multiple hot flashes at night; as well as hot flashes during the day. Now sleep is stable. No weight gain, and libido is good. Unfortunately no information on the proper use of these hormones comes with your order. My doctors only know to prescribe $60 a month Vivelle estrogen patches and some progesterone pills. I was flashing right through the patches and couldn't get an appointment for 2 months. I have been using these for 5 days (along with maca root). My flashes are not as intense now and hopefully will be completely gone soon. I found needed information at the oasis serene website about progesterone use but really good proper use information at Naturallybetter.net site:Progesterone and Estrogen are dosed differently. You use Progesterone on a cyclical basis. If you are premenopausal, you would use progesterone for 2 or 3 weeks out of the month, depending on age. If you are postmenopausal or have had a hysterectomy, you use Progesterone 3 weeks out of the month. Estriol can be used every day or just a few times a week, depending on the amount needed to control symptoms. You can also increase or decrease the dosage as needed of estrogen in response to your symptoms, anywhere from 1-4 mg per day.It is also good to take a week off from using estriol as you do progesterone. I know a lot of people are allergic to reading books, that's why I wrote so much here. Rotate the application site daily and wash hands after application if your in contact with children or infants. Increasing dosage may be necessary to eliminate flashes or try finding a local compound pharmacy to find a local prescribing Doctor.Don't forget testosterone is often necessary also especially for fatigue and low libido. Very happy with this purchaseIt is exactly what it claims to be and i appreciate that more than ever right now. Hormone balancing is tough and i was nervous about this product not being real bioidentical hormones. I started to feel better 3 hours after first use.

It didn't help my symptoms. I really wanted it to be my answer, but it wasn't. I think these are hit or miss depending your physiology. Luckily I found something else that worked better.

I was hesitant to purchase this product because of the price but I am so glad I did. My hot flashes were getting so debilitating and the night sweats kept me from getting a solid nights sleep. Within a few weeks my hot flashes decreased to 1 a day and now I have stopped getting them at all. My night sweats have disappeared as well. I feel I have more energy and less brain fog. I feel 40 instead of 50. This product is worth the price and you need so little that both bottles will last quite a long time. Bioidentical hormones work!
