Didn't work for us
Would not work with my att sim card and couldn't get anyone to help figure it out we are sending it back and ordering a different one

Does not work in USA!!!!!
Do not buy if you live in the USA. I received a Canadian box which will not work with AT&T in the US. I am returning it but, unlike normal Amazon returns, this vendor will not refund until they receive the product.

Waste of money
I popped in Project FI SIM card and other T-Mobile SIM card, and it never connected to network, reached out Amazon technical support, and they shared the sellers contact info and asked me to reach out to the seller. I reached out to seller, and he could even provide details. It did not let me into the admin page at all. I needed this in the time of Corona for work from home internet, and it completely let em down.

Product performed as good or better than the listing. I live out in the country and had very little choice for internet service. The router hot spot was perfect for me and the family

The APN settings drop occasionally
The price was just right, and it works fairly well, even with 1 bar, but occasionally, the APN settings will drop and need to be reset. To reset, you need an ethernet hook up from the hotspot to a computer, and mine did not have the plug-in for it. Had to use hubby's older laptop.

Easy set up!
Love this router. Previously, I had a hot spot. However, I was convinced to use a router and I don’t regret this purchase!

Good Product
It worked as expected easy setup with limited knowledge. Want another but price went up 15.00 in 2 months .Will look into.
