Met expectations
I use this cheese to mix in with ground pork butt to make sausage. This is a great melting cheese. And, it pairs great with Italian bread, dipped in olive oil and a side of cured black olives.

I am all things Italian and cook the Italian way while reading a book ran across this cheese that never heard of found it on Amazon after reading about it, its a Sicilian cheese the suppliers in the US are Frank and Sal they are responsive and the shipping is first rate in protecting the cheese, the taste to me is like Parma, so give it a try I don't think you'll be sorry
