57Piece Gold Border Porcelain Dinnerware Set-Service For 8-Carlotta-Mix & Match

These are quite nice for the price! Tiny flaws here and there, but absolutely fine to serve as your fancy set of china. (And dishwasher safe!) I love the mixed designs (subtly different on different plates and bowls), and the silver and gold design will probably suit many homes. Note that the gold accents are slightly rosy, and the silver is every so slightly minty. Also note: there was a chip on the coffee pot, and some kind of manufacturing error on the pepper shaker; just called the importer and they immediately agreed to ship out replacements. Also note: this same set sells at Macy's for more than twice the price!

The picture showed the plates with a green tinge. It's a bad photo, they're not, they're silver with gold. Still nice but we'd have preferred green. The bowls are very small and don't hold much, and a number of the dishes the gold trim has a gap. So far we've noticed 1 small bowl & 2 large bowls have this gap. Very poor quality control for a pricey set of dishes.
