STEAM IRON
I had to return the first one I bought as the steam function would not work. The seller was happy to exchange with no problems. I bought another for my son as I was more than happy with the product . However a year or so down the line the steam function on mine will not switch off. It still works as a steam iron but is frustrating that I cannot turn off the steam. Could just be that I have been unlucky twice as if not for this problem the iron is fantastic.

Hi have enjoyed using this iron and still working well , except the plastic cover which keeps the water in has broken so cant use the iron , can you send me a new plastic clear cover please if possible ? Thank you.
