All that I expected

These were well-made (as opposed to another pair I had gotten from a mail order catalog) and cushioned his heels so his skin, which was very dry, wouldn't break down as a result of being rubbed against the sheets. They were easy to put on and wash well in the washing machine.

The item doesn’t look at all like the picture....does not have a flat bottom...Velcro strap cuts into the top of the foot......threw item away...waste of money

My 97 year old mother has issues with ankle bones rubbing and leaving sores. The Visiting nurse recommended these "booties" and her sores have healed up. They are not too hard to put on even for a person with limited flexibility. The only reason they don't get four stars is that my mother does not like them. She feels that they are cumbersome to get on and off when she gets up at night to use the bathroom. Personally, I think that they take less effort that putting on shoes or donning slippers and it's worth it to keep pressure sores and ulcers from developing

I love these boots to prevent pressure sores . I wear them at night. My biggest problem was that I needed them a lot sooner than when I finally ordered them. Not that I didn't try. I did not know what to call them !! A nurse finally told me what they are called. Can't tell you because I have already forgotten !!

I have been using the padded boot for a couple months. I had total knee replacement which has thrown off where the pressure is in my heal causing discomfort so I use this at night to help alleviate pressure points & minimize the chances of getting sores. I would recommend these if you're having heal pain discomfort. Make sure to check regularly for flattening where the heal sits. The filling does shift but you can push it back into place.

The item was prescribed by the nurses taking care of my father. Unfortunately, he was put on hospice and passed only a few days after receiving these, but the nurses said they were perfect for his cracked feet.

It helps to ease pressure on the small ulcer on the side of my mother's right foot.
