All rtx 2080. You just need to know if your motherboard will require the 3 slot or 4 slot spaced video cards. If the cards are really close to each other, it is the 3 slot.

Is it suppose to light up when pc is on after installation?

Yes. Make sure you've pushed hard enough to connect the GPUs. It took enough force that I felt like it was going to break something but then it clicked in place.
