The people who say it affects dreaming are right.
It seems to be a good quality product. It does tend to cause enhanced dreaming and probably good overall sleep. Regarding the other claims, it is hard to say in the same way that noticing the effect from taking a vitamin would be hard to notice. I haven't noticed any negative effects, and it may have some subtle positive ones from my observation.I do recommend personalizing your dosage. It is very noticeable as a distinct smell when it is excreted in urine. I adjust my dosage by that. A single dose of 4 drops will be detectable by smell in urine for a little less than a week. When I can no longer detect it, I take it again. The point of that is to not allow it to build up to any dangerous levels, yet still have it available for positive effects. ..It is not a well documented supplement afterall..

Great product
I take everyday and night in about a week my dreams were More vivid and lasting. Now when I close my eyes it’s like I’m seeing threw my closed eyes . At first I thought I was bugging but I opened my eyes then closed them again then I saw myself like in the south grassy and trees everywhere I looked to my right saw a old woman with a light blue dress with small yellow flowers I wave my hand to let her cross the paved road now I was on and in a vehicle telling her to cross she said I was a good man and waved back at me to go.So real
