I put these black knobs on my Boss RC‑500, and they look fantastic. I often practice barefoot or in socks, and they’re comfortable to use that way. I attached them with the included sticky dots, which come with clear instructions.

I only needed one for a pedal on my minimal board that was hard to hit consistently because of the spacing, but the six pack of these was as cheap, or cheaper, than one of the more name brand solutions. So I’ve got some spares if I ever need any more or this one fails for some reason. In any case it works perfectly with no wobbles and the quality seems good. I like these over some others because the insert keeps the set screws from directly contacting, and scratching, the pedal switch. Many of the low ratings I see are because they didn’t order the correct size, the measurements are clearly shown in the pics and there are instructions on how to fix problems if the topper keeps the switch from completely depressing. Do some research on which size you need and these do the job at a great price.

After I ordered, I read some reviews, some a few years old, that weren't very encouraging. I didn't have any of those experiences. The toppers didn't go down too far on the switch. They didn't prevent the switch from engagine. My "modern" TC Electronic pedals had no ill fitting, my Orange footswitch the same. My Modtone pedal has a switch that no pedal topper would work on. All of the set screws were in the threads; the Allen key was to correct size (and there were two of them in each package), nothing stripped out. Everything went smoothly, and I ordered another pack with mixed colors for a few more switches. Takeaway, they're "good enough".

I have now been using these awesome button caps for about five years just purchased two new sets one set black the other set silver. I tend to forget to take them off when I trade or sell one of my pedals. I have found even though I do like all the awesome colours I tend to be able to use the black and silver the best in all lighting environments so far, I haven’t lost a single one once I put them on, but I do go through an occasionally check and make sure the Allen screws are still tight unfortunately the photo didn’t show the black very well they were great for bare feet and they stand up well to my motorcycle boots I highly suggest them and give them five stars

Great product. Just got it yesterday. I think if you use removable loctite on each of the 3 tiny screws, then these buttons should never ever come off.

Product works as described, but I knocked a few stars off because one of the caps came without two screws, making it unusable I bought two packs of 6 and it seems only one cap has this issue, so YMMV
