Safina King Size Ottoman Bed with Double Stud Detailing in Grey Velvet

I suppose you get what you pay for. Bought for a member of the family. Not the ordered item and quality reflected in the price. Also hadn't realised there was no mattress. However couldn't fault the seller who organised the return of the goods.

the box was badly damaged upon arrival but I didn't notice as delivery guys put the damage face down -the decorative nails are a cheap long strip not individualthe black backing has velcro on the bottom so the bed slats can be packed inside but some idiot decided to cut a great big hole in the back instead of using the velcro the wood the headboard is made of is cheap and thin and coming apart and the bed has no base its just black fabric stuck to the bottom with velcro - this is disgusting for the price - contacted company offered me a partial refund of £100 which I accepted.I put the bed together on my own - note put the bed slates on last!!! - attach the gas lift mount to the bed frame (without the actual gas lifts) place the bed Fram on the bed (the foot board has metal rests) and screw gas lift frame/holders water to the bed then lift the bed base and attach the actual gas lifts much much easier!!! also take note I was tired when I put this up (on Christmas Day) so got it wrong first time, make sure when you put the frame for the slats together that the holes all mach up and the holes underneath the bars are at the top of the bed!! and don't forget the little bully thing just case you're tired when you build it. all in all now its up and received the partial refund I'm very happy with this bed it looks great and certainly looks. like it cost more than it did and the company were easy to deal with they responded very quickly to problems - next day so couldn't be happier.had someone not cut a hole in the back of the headboard I would have given 5 stars
