Funny Christmas movie. Does what it says on the tin. Amazon don't dictate subtitles for an old movie so that review ... Don't know why out of all the movies everyone's jumped on this one to call out as not feminist blah. Its not clear how this movie turns everyone who watches it into a jumped up movie critic snowflake but it seems to be like the ring... but instead of Samara you get super triggered after watching and you must review it.I liked it. I like trashy christmas movies at Christmas. If you like trashy Christmas movies you'll probably like it. I took no deeper meaning from this movie and it made me laugh. If you can watch something and not analyse it like an English teacher it'll probably make you laugh too.

Really great movie! Some people are saying this "isn't Christmassy enough". Where I can see what they mean because there isn't much snow or a Santa in it. The movie definitely has a wintery feel. And there's plenty Christmas decor seen in every scene.I have loved everything I've seen Vince in so far. I really like Reese too. So if you adore both or either of these actors, this is a must see for you! I laughed quite a lot during this. There's a good storyline in the movie and plenty character variety with good interesting family backgrounds which will keep you entertained. I'm sure anyone watching it will relate to something at some point! Brilliantly written.I'll definitely enjoy watching this again. And again... And again :)

I saw the trailer for this movie when it first came to the cinema and thought it would be quite rubbish, actually I wasn't going to buy it even though I like watching Vince Vaughn movies unless my wife didn't say she wanted it. But I must say I have been proven wrong as this movie is quite an enjoyable one with a few cringing moments and really gets you into the film. Anyways my verdict is though not an amazing movie it is a good watch and worth the price it is currently at.

As far as we were concerned this is a slapstick american comedy full of superficial daft stereotypes and we would rather have spent the thankfully only 88 mins doing something more interesting ... or well ... anything else really. We watched it out in the hope that it might improve but it didn't.
