Since I cannot have gluten chickpea flour is really good. I use it to make falafel. I bake with it, and I make lots of stuff I even added in my soup !

This was a great replacement for 00 flour for pasta dough. Exactly what I was looking for. It made the pasta taste strong like chickpeas but I don’t mind and expected that.

I bought this to use as an ”egg” substitute to make omelettes and it worked! I found 1:1 flour to water ratio created the best consistency and just make sure your pan is well oiled and non stick or else it’ll stick to it pretty badly

The package arrived broken, thankfully the sealed amazon plastic envelop was able to contain the mess of the loose flour. Their packaging is very cheap and flimsy, I was able to use only a little over half of the flour to make my Sicilian Panelle. the panelle didn't came out that great, They didn't held up together too well, just like when the flour is old, but this was a new package??? Anyway, I will not buy it again and I do not recommend this product.
