I've heard about these pills for years and yes I was very skeptical of trying them. After many diets (Military, Atkins and Detoxing) and being unsuccessful with weight loss I decided I would give them a try to help suppress my appetite. Oh, am I glad I did. I've only been taking Garcinia Cambogia for 5 days now and I can already tell a difference. Although the numbers on the scale are not moving my appearance is different when I look in the mirror and my clothes are starting to loosen up. I only eat half of my meals now when before I ate everything on my plate and went back for seconds. The first area I am starting to see go is my stomach and oh, am I thankful for that. I am still in the beginning of this and will write a second review in a week or 2. Give a shot, you have nothing to lose but weight!!!!!!!

I've only been using this for 3 days now. However here is my 3 day review. I felt more energy from day one, not like I just drank an energy drink kind of energy but I wasn't my normal sluggish self who yawns for the first two hours of work. My appetite has also decreased. Again it's not like I'm not hungry, but when I do sit down to eat I'm only half as much. And I have noticed that I'm snacking less. I also haven't been keeping food in my system as long either but not in a bad way. I don't feel as heavy as I have been feeling. And while this may be too early to tell if it's all related to taking this, but I did weigh myself to find that I have lost 3 lbs.

I bought this on Amazon after using 2 different brand with only 60% HCA and after 8 months of no results I ran across this Garcinia Cambogia. I started taking it the day it arrived and after just 2 days noticed a difference that I hadn't with any of the other kinds. I felt fuller, I noticed my midsection wasn't as big as it normally is and my clothes fit better. I weighted myself after 2 weeks of steady taking it as recommended and I'd lost 10 lbs. And not water weight. Its stayed off and I haven't gained any back, also I havent changed any of my normal routines, and I can't always eat right because i have 2 very young extremely active boys, and a foot injury but I know as soon as I can start exercising, I will loss more, faster. I'm still only on my first bottle but will be ordering more and I recommend anyone thats not seeing results with the other brands to try this one. I purchased this item with "Super Colon Cleanse, 500mg" because it was stated the products worked well together. I wasn't impressed with the Super Colon Cleanse but, Garcinia Cambogia Premium Extract 80% HCA worked amazing! I workout 6 days a week and I burn a LOT of calories. Needless to say, my appetite has grown with my workout routines. I'm always snacking on some healthy, which is fine until i'm in a meeting and my stomach starts rumbling loudly as it craves food.. Within 24 hours of taking this product, I was eating like a 'normal' person and my stomach wasn't rumbling every 2 hours anymore. I truly love this product and I recommend it to everyone!Within 1 week of using this product *without* the Super Colon Cleanse, I still lost 3lbs and my 'bloated' feeling was gone!

I figured I would try this after seeing so much hype about this on the internet. I have been trying this for about 3 weeks now and here are my findings:Week 1: I ate a reduced calorie diet (1600 calories a day) and exercised 30 minutes every day. I increased my water intake as well (about 80 oz a day). I would take 1 capsule 30 minutes before eating. Weighed in on day 7 and lost 2 lbs. I figured it was due to the exercise.Week 2: Continued the diet above, had less exercise because of my work schedule. I did notice that I felt like I was less sluggish. Capsule did not give me any bad side effects. Weighed in on day 14, lost 1.5 lbs.Week 3: Continued diet listed in week 1. Exercised 4 days out of the week for roughly 20-30 minutes a day (nothing super strenuous because of my asthma). I feel pretty good... only lost .5 lbs.SO - My conclusion is this. I am not sure if the pill is what is making me lose weight or if it is the diet and exercise. Either way, I will continue to take the supplement because after losing 65 lbs through diet and exercise I was stuck where I am now for over a year. I started taking this and lost a total of 5 lbs in 3 weeks. So ultimately I'm satisfied. The price was better than other retailers I found and the shipping was prompt. I will continue to use this until it seems to not be working.
