The bed arrived assembled, except for the 4 legs. It is sturdy, quiet and very comfortable. I am very glad that I got the lumbar support and pillow lift. The bed arrived quickly, fresh from the factory.

This bed has all the functions included with both adjustable head tilt and adjustable lumbar support in addition to the standard head and foot adjustable function. Another great feature I like is the ability to use the massage function as an alarm clock.

It’s wonderful, I haven’t had it long. My lower back is always in pain due to slip disk. The lift raises up for support so that I can have a hybrid bed. Now when I lay down flat I can sleep on a hybrid. The pillow will raise your head so than you can put your back in a different position. My neck has a slip disk as well. I have a very broken body. My last base had only one bend point, it was old, this one has four bends plus the lift makes it look like five. Worth 1749 to me. My last base was causing my hips to pinch a nerve. I have one leg left so I really needed my hips. Now I’m ok. My other option was a medical single air mattress. I put the other base’s in the other rooms for the healthy family members. Everyone is happy. If you want the lumbar lift, mine had to say (elite). Massage is strong. Maybe too strong. Remote lights up and can be put on lock so you don’t wake up like a sandwich. I am bed ridden and wheelchair bound, I watch TV, I also have sleep apnea, on bipap, I will test the snore feature. I will make another review if I can after I spend more time on it. It shouldn’t take long. I have the queen. Not sure where Bluetooth is? I see plugs for my devices. That’s it.If you buy from amazon, don’t let them redirect you to a different site. Maybe no return or scam. Mine was good but, I got worried many times. I used credit card not debit and PayPal. There are a two more companies that sale this kind of bed, a higher price and lower price one. So research before you buy.

I have always wanted an adjustable bed and finally was able to pull the trigger last month -- This is a fantastic purchase .. the bed frame and mechanics are solid - it was relatively easy to assemble and worked immediately.Recommend the purchase and the seller..
