This seems to be one of those "you get what you pay for" deals. You have to allow the app to have full access to all of your phone's features or it flat out won't sync. Going back and disabling certain features (GPS for example) causes it to desync and the app just keeps bugging you to reallow all features.The band adjusts fine, it does track all the things featured (although I can't attest to the accuracy of blood pressure) but navigating using the watch is not very intuitive or customizable. It does alert to emails, phone calls, and other app notifications, but they're pretty basic and not always informative. For example, I had a phone call buzz on the watch and it just displayed the phone # itself, not the caller. It wasn't until that person called again that I pulled out my phone and realized it was someone I knew, not just a random caller.Another kind of funny but not really thing it does is it buzzes to report that my phone is charging. Not just once, but constantly as apparently my phone (LG G6) is reporting it is charging every second to the device. So I have to leave the watch in the other room at night.It's technically a smart watch, but it may be better to save up and get a bigger name brand like a Garmin as another reviewer mentioned. It works, but kind of a disappointment that the experience wasn't cleaned up more.

This is one of the worst items that I have ever bought through Amazon. #-1 The instructions are the worst, small and hard to understand and follow. 3-days and still trying. Can't get the Blue tooth to par. Handle will not stay snapped.I think the Trash Can may be the next step...

Absolute trash. Refused to stay connected, app shut down and gave me a notification ever 4 minutes, push messages didn't work, screen was damaged, pain to adjust, heart rate monitor drains battery within an hour. Absolute garbage. Returned and lesson learned. My garmin watch comes today 🙌
