Don't be surprised when you receive Red Shroud Panels.
BUZZAROUND EX Extreme 4-Wheel Heavy Duty Long Range Travel Scooter, Green, 20-Inch SeatI ordered this scooter, for my wife, on July 21 and received it on July 26 via Pitt Ohio ground transportation. Although Amazon indication the scooter had shipped, Pitt Ohio's tracking was blank. 2 days later the information was posted. The delivery driver was very cordial and was concerned I had him place the boxes too far from my front door. Thank you Pitt Ohio deliver driver for your consideration. The product came in several boxes including boxes within the boxes. I finally got to the scooter chassis when my wife noticed the red shroud panels since we had ordered leaf green, I stopped and called SpinLife's customer service number. I was told the chassis ships with red and the other colors would be shipped separately. Ok, so I put the scooter together. That's when I opened one of the last boxes and what did I find? The leaf green shroud panels! It also comes with blue ones. Customize it how you wish! Today, I received a call from customer service to follow-up on my first call and I told them I found the others. Done deal! I appreciated the fact they called back to check on me. Thank you SpinLife. We charged the batteries for at least 12 hours and used the scooter this morning. My wife was very pleased with it. She had to relax the throttle to match my pace, but she was able to maneuver it quite easily. Later I got on to see what it can do. WOW! I was flying down the hallway! This baby has gumption! I am also impressed with the shock absorbers, the instrumentation, and the profile. I highly recommend this scooter, and don't hesitate to get in touch with SpinLife if necessary, they have excellent customer service. Obtw, I had my wife run it full throttle; she said she felt her hair blowing.

Keep on looking don’t do it unless you are tiny and only ride in your house.
I purchased this scooter April 2018. I researched a lot of scooters read reviews and it seemed this was just what I needed. I am a plus size woman 6’ 230 lbs so I specifically purchased a heavy duty scooter and the upgraded seat. I use this scooter only for walking my dog at night about 2 hours every night in a subdivision with paved walks & streets. Also it’s only used 6 months out of the year. Worked like a charm the first few months then it started it would just stop so I got my exercise pushing my scooter around my neighborhood. I called the company they had an awesome tech come out and work on it. Well that happened like 5 times until every part had been exchanged. The company is awesome you get good service but it was just too much. Finally after a couple months it was all fix and I was off again. Now today I sit in my upgraded seat and one side breaks and I almost fall off backward. What the heck I would never suggest going off the concrete with it it doesn’t have enough power it gets stuck more pushing. You can see there’s no tread on the front tires and the broken seat. I just walk my dog at night in a subdivision just me no kids or anyone abusing this scooter it just doesn’t hold up I’m sad to say. Oh I have also had to take apart the throttle and screw it back together cause that broke too. My mom had a Jazzy Pride scooter that had so much more power ran like a top in fact it was my back up scooter (15 years old) every time my nice new very expensive Buzz Around crapped out. I don’t recommend this scooter I really wanted to love this scooter I like the company a lot but it’s just crap.

This is pretty awesome!
I got this as a gift and it's pretty awesome. Goes great on bumpy grass and uphill. The only drawback is that I felt it was going to tip over when on a slant. It didn't but still freaky

Lasted 2.5 years. Garbage motor and gearbox. Golden doesn't stand by their low quality products.
Mine shipped with a bad motor that had to be replaced. My local dealer was able to get a new motor installed for free under warranty. At that point I was very happy with the scooter until the batteries died after only a year.Fast forward to year 2 with the manufacturer warranty expired the gearbox broke. The motor still hums but the scooter just makes noise like a baseball card in your spokes. I called Golden technologies to see what my options were, as the scooter was just 2 years old, and was told I'd need to get a new gearbox. I was given the part number and given a website to order from. I looked it up and they want $879 for a new gearbox! I decided to put the scooter on the curb for someone to take and find a use for.I've been using mobility scooters for the last decade and I have had really good luck with Pride scooters. I gave my 12 year old gogo sport to my dad and it is still going strong. A few years ago, when my buzzaround went kaput, I replaced it with another gogo sport and it's just as good as my first one!I also have a lift chair from Golden technologies and it too is a piece of junk. I can't recommend products from golden technologies.
