Excellent Product to fight Water Retention
Have ordered this product for a family member who has water retention issues. Seems to work well as a diuretic .

Great for water retention
Great product! I've always been prone to water retention, I found these about 6 months ago, I take 2 every morning and the water retention is gone. If I miss just one day I can feel the difference!

Caused stomach pain and vomiting
The first day I took these, I had some mild stomach pain, but they did seem to help some with the water retention. The second day, I took them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and that was a huge mistake. I had severe nausea and then vomited it all up. In researching the ingredients after, several of them cause stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. It might be worse if you don't have food in your stomach. If you take them, proceed with extreme caution.

Research First
I would recommend doing your research on the ingredients that doesn't seem common to you. I wish that I did. The first couple times of taking it as directed on bottle I felt fine. However, after a few days I felt some pain and discomfort in my stomach. I did research on a couple of the ingredients, Uva-Ursi extract and Buchu because these ingredients stood the out the most to me and both had side effects of stomach pain and discomfort. I stopped taking it, and after a day or two of not taking it I was back to normal. I'm not saying I don't recommend it, because it may work for some although it didn't for me. Just be sure to do your research.

HIDDEN INGREDIENTS
I have SEVERE allergies and was experiencing MAJOR DISCOMFORT once starting these pills. After about an hours worth of research I found found an expanded version of the ingredients list which included OVER 7 THINGS IM ALLERGIC TOO that was not on the back of the bottle!!!! Including: coconut, MCT oil, olive oil, hemp seed oil, and others. This company should not be able to sell products without FULL DISCLOSURE WHAT IS IN THEM!!!! I have started to lose severe weight from having prolonged sickness because of these pills. SO PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING!
