Watch Link Remover Repair Kit - Watch Band Strap Link Removal Tool Spring Bar Tool Kit for Watchmakers (19pcs)

I used the screw press "vise" to remove links from my watchband. I simply needed to place a layer of plastic in between the adjustable "table" that the band rests on during the operation since it doesn't go up high enough, but that's not a problem with my amazing ingenuity. I also selected the proper "pusher" (the flat point battering ram needle that touches the band link to come out) from the several that were included in the kit, and replaced the smaller one already on the vise. All worked well.

Purchased this watch kit to change a band on a watch. I usually just take my watches in to the jeweler to have them do it, but they charge you a fee. I figured it was about time to invest in a kit to do it myself. The title even says for watchmakers, but don't let that intimidate you. I wasn't sure how easy the process would be, but the jeweler always made it look easy! Well, with this kit, the process was a breeze. Having ALL the right tool at your fingertips is the key. The kit can be used on bands as well as links so it covers all my needs now and in the future.

Not good quality, breaks easily and quickly. I do not recommend if you have more than one watch to fix. I refurbish watches and need something that will last for hundreds of link and spring bar removals - this lasted less than a day of intense use.

I haven't used this yet but it came with a lot of stuff, and it's better than the last kit I have.It came in a zipper pouch, too.Has instructions.Will update when I have tried it.

The media could not be loaded.  works more or less. not really easy to use, but i guess experience comes with time, pun intended. value is definitely there

It does not include any flat bladed link removal tools. Useless

I have been needing this for a long time. It is easy to add/remove links on watches.
