AYP 54" Deck Rebuild Kit

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the bolts to fasten the Spindles to the deck are different than the OEM bolts that are designed to "break-away" when you need to change them the next time. And the ones supplied extend all the way through the spindle by about an inch. After years of use, there will be corrosion , making it more difficult to change/replace the next time.Otherwise, the package deal is awesome and deserving of a higher rating of 5 stars.

What a calamity! I will never order from this company ever again! Ask for 54” deck parts, got a 48” belt!! The 3 manderals , pulleys washers and nuts failed before I got my lawn mowed once! The blades are junk! Spent over $400 to pay a service tech to replace and install good parts! Can’t believe this happened! What a mistake!!

This kit lacks some ever important pieces, such as the spacer that goes between the pulley and the spindle, and the 9/16" lock nut that secures the pulley to the spindle. As mentioned in the description there can be two different belts for a 54" deck. The one I received was not the right one so double check.

Iam a city of Prescott AZ maintenance worker at a waste water treatment plant ,and we have alot of tough areas so we go threw mower parts on a week to week ,im told by my upper bosses to find good deals that will save us $ ,the price was right ,and im very pleased with the time it took to deliver the parts .YES i give a high score and will keep ordering from here anytime i need anything .thank you ,ORIN

Worked and fit perfect

Very nice kit. Shipped to me much faster than was quoted!! As others have said, save the spacers to keep your belt alignment. Fill the hubs with grease before running the mower. Mower cuts well again!

This fit perfect! Everything included, even bolts. Everything put all together and back to work in just a couple hours!
