I loved the looks of this dispenser and it worked great in the beginning. After a few months, it doesn't always foam and when it does, it runny but has a small amount of foam. I am disappointed as I spent the extra money to buy it. I like the looks but would not buy it again.UPDATE:I read somewhere to pump hot water through the dispenser pump and nozzle to clean it and to use more water than soap. It worked! I am so glad that it is working that I raised my rating to four stars - hated that I had to find the right instructions somewhere else. I had almost gotten rid of the dispenser before finding this solution - so glad now that I did not get rid of it. AND yes, now I would buy it again.

I looked for a turquoise soap dispenser with a plastic tip to fit our bathroom style and to avoid having the green residue form on metallic tip. The design of this dispenser was perfect and I could not find anything as good anywhere, so I took the chance to buy this despite the reviews. Well... It did take long to get here, which was normal. But, within 2 months, the pump started blocking as it was pressed down. I contacted the seller when it happened, and they told me to soak the pump in hot water. This is a bit ridiculous: soap dispensers should not require that level of maintenance. Especially at that price. I followed their instructions and it helped for a while, but the problem has been back for the past 2 months and now, even a good soak does nothing. I have to manually push the pump back up after pressing it.It really is a shame, because I do like the design. But, now every time I use this dispenser, it makes me angry. I wish I could simply put a different pump in it, but as it's hand made, I doubt I will find a pump that screws well in the opening.Would I buy it again? No. Will I try to fix it to keep the ceramic part? Yes.

I was looking for a foaming soap dispenser to match my new gray bathroom decor. Purchased this in white because of the gray specs and top. My old dispenser was white, but you could see the color of the soap through the translucent bottle. This is perfect! Its sturdy design is great and the top doesn't seem to drip like so many others. Very hard to find a foaming soap dispenser in bathroom accessories so the colors available in this one make it easy to match your decor. Highly recommend you give this a try!

I've had trouble finding a soap dispenser that actually works to dispense foam soap. They all seem to just spit out little bits of soap or not work at all. Not this dispenser! It works wonderfully and looks nice in my guest bathroom. Very good quality.

This item took forever to get to me. I thought it was on a slow boat from China to the US. When it finally arrived I was surprised at the quality. It’s very nice! Heavy ceramic and looks great.

This item broke as soon as it came out of the package. For the price, the quality isn't there.
