Great stuff
I love this product, it was a reorder, but the shipment arrived with the bag open and product missing. This is the 2nd item I have had like this in 7 days, not from this store

Doesn't dry for days, definitely a stream side treatment.
The liquid dip does float your flies, however, this just isn’t the product for a pretreatment. The fly stays wet for days, it’s leaves a silicone feeling film on the fly. I purchased the loon dip and it dries pretty quickly and floats well.

This may be my preferred flotant from now on...
I've been a Gink used for, what, 35 years? I tried this and I think it is better. Flies seem to float longer.Follow up with the H&D shake flotant once the fly gets pretty wet and you are good for longer.\\Plus, no oily slick on the water. Recommended.

More environmentally friendly perhaps, no better as floatant
I like that the environmentally friendly ingredients. This liquid, however, doesn’t float a fly any longer than any other liquid floatant I’ve used, which is most all of them. I have used it on foam flies and all kinds of feathers & hackles, same performance as Flyagra and all the rest. The high and dry desiccant, gel, and powder also work, but no better or differently than those from Loon and others. Use it if you like due to ingredients that are less harmful to the water, but don’t expect magically long float times.

Big bottle, hope it works
I bought this to pretreat flies as I tie them, so I dunk them in and pin them to a piece of foam to dry. At first, light materials come out darker but they lighten up after drying overnight. Treated flies float nicely in a glass of water but I haven't fished any yet, so real world results remain to be seen. Hope to revise this to 5 stars next month.

Worked well for my dry flys!
I added this to my fly fishing vest to complement my other flotants. This actually worked well for the flys I was testing. Mostly orange sulphide and parachute adams flys. The fly pictured (circled in red) was SOAKED after getting snagged underwater and on weeds etc.I dunked it into the container, shook it, took the fly out then shook it off. It’s very simple stuff to use. This took frustration out of having to deal with wet flys etc. anything that makes a day on the water more fun is something I’m all about!I’m very happy with my purchase and will pick more up when I need it!

Best yet!
This floatant is the best on the market! I love that it can be used on CDC as well as all other materials. It seems to keep the fly up longer longer than gels or other liquid solutions that evaporate. My only suggestion is that there should be a way to drain, shake or squeeze, etc, the extra off while the fly is still in the bottle. Oh, and the cap retainer will come unglued after a few uses, so that needs to be addressed. These are not huge problems, only suggestions to make it PERFECT!
