Great heavy duty iron.I am using it is my production house. And is totally satisfied with its quality.

Weight is okay. It stopped working in a week. The selector dial is the funny part, it's like a toy selector and has no effect in the heat performance..If you are ready for a local repair or service cost 1000 rs, simply go for it.

Good iron but very heavy. Handle grip gets hot when you iron the clothes it becomes very difficult to operate some time.

The Iron is 5kg probably as mentioned online at Amazon site. Seems to be hand assembled which is good. But the plastic used is inferior and the edges of holding handle are sharp. The manufacturer can improve aesthetics by introducing a paper box with picture of Iron and Logo. No instructions manual is there and no circuit diagram. No certification of safety either like ISO or ISI. I wish an Indian company good luck. This is an Unique Heavy Iron and to make it really striking the Asbestos insulation need to be hidden; the plastic corners have to be smoother and overall appeal when one receives has to be improved. I received this inside 4 layers of packaging boxes with rapping by paper stuffed all around. Nowadays no one needs wooden boxes you can make good thermocol moulds and a paper package box. Then manual is a must for an electronic item using AC current.

Crack found on handle of iron.

Very good product. Results are same as professional laundary. Nice length cord.

Little little place no polish,Adjust temperature is not properly.He never product check and give,But I am believing to Amazon purchase view of products that is my mistake trust to you.
