Italian Fancy Chocolate Assortment (Grande Assortimento) (1.100 Lbs)

These chocolates are delicious and perfect for a special occasion or special treat. Most have a hazlenut or praline filling or nuts in them. They are imported directly from Italy and they are yummy, very fine tasting and fancy with gold foil and paper wrapping on each individual piece of chocolate . They are packaged in a bag, and the seller wrapped an insulated ice pack around them so they wouldn't melt. Very much appreciated. The seller also used a sturdy coardboard box to ship them so they arrived fresh and in perfect condition. They looked just like the picture. Perfect taste and Excellent quality! Love them! Perfecto! It's a nice assortamento, but definitely not very grande! I knew this going in, Italian chocolates are very fine but pricey, just seeing how few there were was a little disappointing. They were EXTREMELY well packaged, with cold pack and plenty of insulation to prevent melting. I just tasted one, and they are very delicious. The rectangles are coffee, pink are cherry, other different flavors, all excellent. Our party guests will really enjoy.

I LOVE these chocolates! I happen to HATE Hershey and most American chocolates so I out source - these are my new favorites! I sent them to my sister-in-law (she's German) and she loves them too! The packaging was also very good; they came in a thermal bag with an ice pack so that they were still in perfect condition despite the California warmth (88 last week). A great company - they emailed me to let me know that it was on the way and to make sure to receive them so they don't melt in the sun, thoughtful. I already placed another order... I may have this as a monthly order!

For Italian chocolate, the taste was merely adequate. I had hoped for a more delightful flavor experience.

These are what you would find in a supermarket for $5 which would be fine except I paid almost $40!! They are very sweet and just ok, they all taste very similar so DEFINITELY not worth that price.

So happy to have been able to get this Italian Chocolate. It was the best gift for everyone in my family and my Best Friend Theresa. While in Italy 2009 to 2012, during the time there we were able to buy this wonderful chocolate. To be able to purchase it and have it for Christmas this year and share it with my friend who we met in Italy was the best ever.. My family enjoyed every bite. So wonderful! So glad to be able to get this through Amazon and the seller. Thank you!
