Absolute junk
I don't often have to burn CDs or DVDs, but I'm happy to report I was able to do a few CDs, even though it would often have issues with detecting a disc in the drive. I could get it to read the blank disc after several cycles of eject/ push back in, etc. And once it detectd the disc, it would actually burn a working CD.First attempt at doing a DVD was a bit different. Much to my surprise, the blank disc was detected relatively easily. Unfortunately after an very, very long burn time I now have a nice coaster for my morning coffee. Disc is non readable on a computer, or in any DVD player, and the burner clearly made an attempt to write to it. It failed miserably.The biggest letdown on this is that I'm trying to burn some videos for a friend to give to his brother for Christmas amd I have no other backup plan, and can't find anyone close by that has a working burner. Thanks for the garbage!

Works Great.
So far I have decrypted 63 Blue Ray disc. Not a problem and it works very well.

Bad Cable.
After finding out the problem was not with the burner but with the cable i replacing it. I down loaded CDBurnerXP and it is now working good.

This is a piece of crap
This did not work AT ALL. I tried downloading 2 different apps to play this and it would not work on my Macbook Air. Don't waste your money.
