I’ve been using this product in faith for about 3 weeks now. So far what I see is nothing is getting worse and that’s a good sign. Note: I’m also using this in conjunction with some other products of this category.

Zero issues
As with almost all vitamins I can hardly tell a difference. But I also can't say it didn't do anything. I dis not have any issues with them and I have been taking this brand for 2 years.

Excellent quality product, quick delivery
My body likes these whether or not I have had a meal. No stomach upset or nausea. Big plus*** The bottle states up to 3 a day which is required to get the mg printed on the label. I usually only take two. I am new to this supplement and several others so I am not able to comment on effectiveness. Price point is fair and I will update as needed.
