Will Only Purchase These Slices
I have bought wood slices to make ornaments from a few Amazon vendors this season and these, by far, are the highest quality I’ve found. The wood is drier than most, and the raw edges are thicker and, to me, more beautiful. I just bought six packs and I think out of 180 slices, 5 or 6 weren’t usable for making ornaments (no holes, cracked, etc.), but I think that’s a pretty good return on my investment given the natural materials used. (FWIW: I bought 60 slices from another vendor a month ago and 10-15 weren’t usable due to cracking.)

Over half cracked to center
Purchased for making Christmas ornaments, would have given more stars if there weren’t so many cracked rounds. Ended up being almost half had huge cracks into the center of the rounds. The ones that were still intact were nice and great quality. Whomever packed this box was either not paying attention or didn’t care for the customer.

Quality much worse than before
I’ve ordered these several times. I’m very disappointment in the quality this time. I don’t understand why it would change. Past orders have been decently sanded and come with the hole. Both sets I ordered this time came rough, dirty, and with lots of machinery marks and no holes drilled in. Very disappointed in the quality this time.

Not what I expected
These weren’t what I expected but I’ll find another use for them. They turned out to be almost spongy/bouncy and SUPER light weight to the point I wasn’t sure if they are even real wood?? Some of them arrived broken.

Poor quality. Would not Recommend.
Terrible poor quality. The drilled holes are not near the edge, way too low to make ornaments out of them, one of the pieces had two holes. The bark was flaking off most pieces. Very disappointed.

Perfect size for newborn feet
The perfect size for my newborns feet. I made footprint ornaments as keepsakes for our Christmas tree (and for the grandparents too).

Perfect for ornaments.
Worked perfectly for photo transfer Xmas ornaments! Loved how they turned out. The thickness was just right. Bark on sides flaked off easily but it’s real wood so that’s to be expected.

Great little ornaments
Smaller than expected but good quality. Keep in mind that the twine is one long rope you will need to cut. These were great to make ornaments for Christmas gifts.
