The good bits:• We as a family, a mix of teenagers and adults, use it and find the exercises enjoyable and I can definitely say I feel more relaxed after using it• The exercise poster supplied with the machine demonstrates fifteen workout positions to mix things up.• The large coloured LED lights give it a modern touch and make it easy to identify the different levels of workout intensity• The touchscreen display is well laid out and intuitive• The power ropes add another dimension to your exercise routine giving your upper or lower body a workout, depending on the routine selected.• A unique feature of the VP400 is the watch. It allows you to operate the machine remotely making it very convenient to adjust the settings whilst using it• The VP400 is quiet enough that you can comfortably watch TV while exercising• The large roller wheel makes it easy to maneuver• Its compact size makes it convenient for storage• So far it appears to be a sturdy and powerful piece of kit• It has a large, stable and sturdy surface area so you feel secure while exercising and the curved design makes it feel more natural.• The surface has a good grip which makes you feel safe and steady• When powering the device on and off there are distinctive audible sounds which makes it easy to identify• From personal experience, it makes little difference as to what type of surface you use the machine onThe not so good bits:• It’s worth mentioning, the power ropes that connect to the machine via the carabiner (clip) have a metal crimp covered by a plastic cap. During a workout, the caps may become loose and the metal crimp can scuff the plastic side of the machine.• The speaker volume is good however it can sound a little muffled.• In the manual it says the machine is not suitable for children• It’s a bit priceyThe niggly bits:• There are no details in the manual regarding Bluetooth so it was a bit cumbersome to connect. If there are other Bluetooth devices nearby when trying to connect only the MAC address appears instead of identifying itself as SportsTech (however, this may be device specific). Having said that, once paired it comes up as SportsTech and there is no further issue.To summarise, the VP400 is an excellent vibrating/oscillating plate with many useful features. It’s an expensive piece of kit but in the long run, I'm hopeful it will be worth the money spent. Being a German engineered product I’m hopeful it will last for many years to come, ‘Vorsprung Durch Technik’.

It took me a while to start using my machine due to a fibromyalgia joint pain flareup. I've now tested it out and am absolutely impressed. It has a great variety of settings and is a solid piece of equipment. I did lots of research before purchasing this machine and I'm glad I did because it's absolutely top quality. I also love the fact that it is suitable for a beginner or someone who is used to doing advanced fitness activity. This is one to definitely be motivated to continue to use and receive the full benefits from.I would most definitely recommend this machine!

I have used it for upper / lower / core .i defo see and feel change on the annoying areas like hips and upper leg " fat " but i have also been creative with upper body exercise and i can see tightening of the skin & body .

For 500 pounds you do get a lot for your money, I weight train, so this machine helps to loose up the joints and muscles, which helps to recover and grow, if you do have 500 pounds its really worth spending your money, of cause you can just exercise on the machine.

Good piece of kit. Varying programmes for using between oscillation and vibration. Comes with exercise bands and cords to attach for arm work.I always feel like I’ve been to the gym after using.

Fantastic device! I use it daily,mostly auto mode 4D and I really enjoy using it and how I feel after the workout. This device became the part of my daily workout routine. Love it and I recommend it to all!

postion of view/ control panel on the plate is large enough to restrict your available space. as a simple movement or bum touch will stop in the middle of the programme or changes to something else. A well built plate but a shame that they ruined it with the positioning of panel !
