Far from realistic.
I don’t like this. At all.It looks far from natural.I got a medium, I’m normally a large, because I wanted everything flat. I wanted it nice and snug so nothing shows. The waste band gets tight but the part to hold my penis down seems too big. Idc about the definite “lips” cause I wear a lot of jeans and what not that won’t show it. However, you can see every bump and detail through any clothes. I don’t like it. Those 2 bumps, no they’re not my balls, it’s the “vagina”

Does the job and comfortable!
Does the job and comfortable! “labia” could be a little fuller as it flattens out under clothing.....the pic is with no panties on...so you can get a camel toe with tight enough clothing. Either way, it covers my junk (avg package size) and sits well (not too low) under tight clothing/jeans. For reference, I wear a 30 inch waist in men’s jeans and a small fits perfect.
