Not as advertised and they charge you a restocking fee for their misrepresentation of the product. It does not contain small medium and large or the headgear. They deserve no stars

After reading mixed reviews on what is included, I hesitatingly ordered the product. My package included the entire system in new, sealed packaging with headgear, frame/hose, and 3 nasal pillows S,M, and L. The seller was Wiki Deals. I am very pleased with the purchase as it arrived on the same day (free with Prime) and as described. I included pictures of what was recieved. Hope this help someone else with their decision!

Was having problems with my full head gear cpap because I am a side sleeper. Was waking up when I pinched a side off. This one allows me to side sleep and it is very quiet to me and my wife. It will adapt to any hose, but be sure you take the inner liner off on your cpap hose or it will not fit. It doesn't look like it will come off, but its rubber and pulls out with a little work. Mine came with headgear, 3 sizes,small,medium, and large, as well as the short adapter hose. Great product!!!

The description says “Size Small, Medium, Large” but it is only a medium pillow. Also, there is no head strap like is shown in picture.
