Outstanding Customer Service by the Seller
Ordered this for our daughter who earned her Master's Degree but was not able to attend Commencement. We wanted to surprise her at a family gathering and create our own Commencement ceremonies, thus the reason for this order. I received a letter of apology from the company stating that they may have inadvertently put a 2019 charm instead of a 2020 on the tassel. The irony in this is that we actually needed a 2019! I thought I had made the mistake of ordering a 2020 but while we getting the cap and gown ready, another charm had fallen out of the bag and it was the 2019 one!! We were so surprised yet so happy! Then to receive the letter from the company, it all just made me smile at how it all worked out and that this company really cared. Thank you!!

Almost perfect
It would have been four stars but the tassel had the wrong year on it. 2020 instead of 2021!

You'll blend right in. The material is thinner but...
Thinner than others but you can't tell unless you feel it since we wear clothes under it. Plus it's a benefit if you're graduating in the spring. Its a little wide but perfect length. I'm 5'4 and ordered the 48. Compared it to my high school cap and it is practically the same. Now the CONS: i received the wrong year. I got 2019 tassel & The cap corners are bent

Tassel number incorrect
Horrible. The graduation number is 2020 and not 2021. Now i have to purchase a separate tassel. Hopefully my niece will get it on time
