Cord does NOT work for either my Galaxy S9 or my iPad. It's out-of-date.

The worst product I’ve ever order. Doesn’t work. I work in a cruise ship and just arrive in US every Sunday and I can’t drop this for a return. It dozens charge my phone not even once and says 0% after a I charged it for 100% all night.

It didn't even turn on or charge for me when i received it. Do not to by this charger.

Used it for charging for a while then it stopped without any warning causing a lot of problem during my vacation travel.I bought this item after reviewing a few on Amazon because there must have been good rating with many users - I never buy otherwise. How is it then possible to change that situation to one that we see now, with very few positive recommendations with less than 50 reviews. Who doctors this information?Very suspicious of the way the recommendations are handled.

The battery has a nice look, however the charge drains out very quickly. I have tried this powerbank for over 6 months, with a hope that the battery will come to full capacity after multiple charge, but to my dismay, this was not the case. After I charge it overnight to 100%, when I connect my Samsung S9 phone after couple of hours, to charge the phone, the starting charge in the power bank shows less than 100%. The powerbank also drains very fast during the charging of the phone and only charges my phone once, instead of a few times. I am planning to drop it off as a electronic recycle at a charge. I do not recommend purchase of this product
