First off, the actual product is amazing! Clearly well-made and excellent attention to detail. Exactly what I wanted!!! The weight was heavier than expected but in a good way and kinda comforting to wear. I HIGHLY recommend buying this productSecondly, the customer service was superb as well! I though I hadn't received my product so I sent a message to the seller and requested a replacement. Prompt response and a genuine message from them was received. I ended up finding the product with my neighbor so I let them know I no longer needed a replacement and they were very gracious about it. Would highly recommend buying from them to anybody who will listen!!!

amazing product especially for the price... I could not believe how heavy duty this thing was. I bought it for my wife and she loves it....how ever the letters are a bit tall, too me it looks like she would have trouble looking down due to height of it but she says its fine. bought another collar with a ring on the front that cost $15 more and the quality stinks compared to this one.. with that said I hope this seller will one day make these with rings because the thickness of the band and overall feel of it makes it feel like this thing could outlast me and my wife and were in our 30's lol

Actually bought this by accident, but glad I did. Shipping was faster than I expected and package was in great shape. On appearance, it has some imperfections on the inside, but looks great and comfortable to wear.

It's exactly as it appears; the metal has heft/density to it, the band feels sturdy and (over a month into it) hasn't peeled or chipped.+ I entered the wrong lettering and the seller responded lickitysplit and it was no problem fixing it. I bought two, have no regrets, and legitimately buy more.
