Product works as advertised. What is not advertised is the kindness of the seller. I had contacted the seller on Friday, December 20th, begging to have this item overnighted as this was not an option at check out. I explained that my grandfather had passed in September, and this was my grandmother’s first Christmas without her life mate. This bear sings their song. The same song they sang to each other as he slipped away. Not only did the customer service agent, Lori, respond quickly, she overnight the bear at no extra cost. He arrived Monday morning, which allowed me time to find a shirt, like the ones my grandfather wore, to dress the bear in. My grandmother was over the moon when she opened the gift and saw how he was dressed. And we all cried when she pressed his paw and the song began. I truly believe this gift is helping her grieve. Thank you so much for bringing a little Christmas magic to my grandmother during a tough time.

Have been collecting singing animals for many years now. This new product line is terrific. Large, quality bear with excellent rendition of the song. Highly recommend.

I really like the song but I’ve gotten two different bears and after a while the song only plays intermittently, very disappointed with this product. Changing batteries makes no difference. Bought it for my wife who is suffering from Altzimers, she loved it but since the song doesn’t work she has lost all her interest.

We have been so charmed by our Samuel Sings teddy bear. This little guy can't help but bring out the smiles. We had him serenade us several times over coffee this morning. Even my honey, who is not a morning person, found himself smiling. Wonderful sound and movement. A perfect gift for your sweetheart.

Fun and good quality purchase. It was a gift for my daughter - she giggled and fell in love with this adorable fluffy troubadour. And Samuel is a perfect size for a child to hug!
