Split Petra Pets Elk Antler Medium

I was extremely disappointed with this product. The thin "treats" enclosed were so flimsy I had to take them away from my 7LB dog. She bit off the ends and I thought she would choke. As for the antler it is too big for her. A complete waste of money.

When I first received this I was not happy at all. I purchased the small (my dog is a Bichon Frise) for my girl and it came with 3 tendons & 1 split antler. I thought it was a total rip off and I was not happy to say the least. Well...she LOVES them all & the antler is chewed on every day & it's still going strong after 2 weeks! I am repurchasing this since she loves it that much and since it has lasted so long. There is no mess and no smell. She had an accident on the antler and I washed it (very well) with soap and water and gave it back to her and she kept on chewing it. I am impressed!! I now say that I recommend them.

I was very disappointed that the packaged contains so very little product. Further I expected my dog to find this an exceptionally desirable treat. Not so. While she'll chew on anything, her enthusiasm for this product was very mild.

I gave it three stars because the fact that my dog didn't like them might be a quirk in her little personality.I have a 20 pound Labradoodle who is not afraid of bigger things. These are currently put away because we kept tripping over them. She liked to move them around but that was about it.Disappointed.

My dog likes them a lot, but they disappear far faster than I thought they would. Definitely NOT a long-lasting treat. Sigh. I'll have to keep looking for something that holds his attention and doesn't disintegrate or get eaten instantly.

Absolutely not worth the money. No where does it tell you in the description how many Elk Antlers you receive. $23.95 you get ONE half of a split antler and 2 pcs of beef tendon so thin you could read the newspaper looking through it.

I received these yesterday (yes...Sunday delivery....woot woot! ) and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. It contained a good sized (maybe even a bit to large!) antler and 4 nice sized tendons. I actually knew these treats would be a hit before I even opened the box, since my dogs (2 30lb puggles) were pretty curious about the package as soon as I brought it inside. They have had antlers before, an quickly lost interest, but they are loving this one! I'll have to order another to prevent fights. :)

Dogs got sick on tendons. Gave antlers away.
