Ottima presa e buona dimensione.
La pressa è liscia, di buon peso, con ottima impugnatura. Forse più indicata come panini press e non burger press dato che è quella con lato flat. La differenza di prezzo con quella rigata però, a mio parere, non giustifica l'acquisto della seconda. Ovviamente paghiamo l'importazione USA, dato che nel loro hanno un costo pressoché identico e notevolmente inferiore.In Italia o andiamo su Le Creuset, e i costi lievitano, o ci affidiamo a Lodge che, a mio parere, è meno rifinita ma sicuramente meno delicata.

Esta plancha sirve muy bien para que el tocino no se enrole a la hora de cocinarlo.El tamaño es muy bueno, un cuadrado de casi 25 centimetros cada lado cubre muchas tiras de tocino al mismo tiempo.Y ademas acelera el tiempo de cocinado del tocino pues retiene muy bien el calor a la hora de ponerla sobre los alimentos.La he usado muy pocas veces desde que la compre, pero con los cuidados adecuados se mantiene como nueva, nada se le pega y cero problemas de oxido.
