One of the 4 bulbs in the package did not work. Its screw-in base arrived bent and unusable. The other three work just fine in my ceiling fan.I like that the seller provided direct email contact info. In addition, they have a Facebook page with a customer-service portal. That allowed for good communication. Although they weren't able to ship a replacement bulb, they did provide a pro-rated refund for the one bulb.The bulbs that did work seem fine. They appear to be of uniform brightness and color temperature. Of course, I can't attest to their longevity, at least not yet.

Stay clear of this brand. 3 of 4 bulbs burnt out within 2 months. Poor customer service. Meaningless warranties. Insipid burden of proof of failure ... take a photo of the bulbs in fixture but blown .. yeah I could just turn off the switch. Keep searching!

Thought I had found a great value in these ceiling fan bulbs, and bought several sets. Unfortunately, almost all of them have failed within 12-18 months. Not nearly the thousands of hours they advertise.

Needed odd ball led for ceiling fan. This worked fine.

Great lights.

2 of 4 burnt out in 6 months. Hopefully the seller will replace them.
