Love the weight of this rope! Slightly thicker than most speed ropes, doesn't kink and seems to be well made! I've been trying to get double unders for quite a while, and this rope has helped. It has oversized screws so it is easy to adjust according to your height. It also has end covers which protects the ends of your jumprope from fraying.However, this is not an outdoor rope, so i suggest you use it a rubberized surface or anything other than concrete as it would damage the outside coating.I highly recommend checking the screws for tightness before beginning a workout.
