Bought this to surprise my daughter for her birthday and oh man did she love it. The only down side is I had to cut the very end piece of the tassels as they weren’t cut all the way down but maybe this was to prevent tangling during shipping, I don’t know. It is very time consuming putting it all together but we’ll worth the purchase. I’d buy again!

You have to put everything together which is VERY tedious so plan ahead! I ended up not using the tassels b/c it took too long to set up before my 1yo b-day party. Also no strings come with the balloons. Banner was pretty.
