I started taking this 10-23-2017 to 1-25-2018 every single day, so I’ve hit the 3 month mark. I read that it was best to take a break every 3-4 months of use for a week and to do a cleanse. I’ve been a skinny girl all of my life so the EXTREMELY RARE time I would gain weight, it would go to my hips, butt, and thighs. Since my metabolism is so high, the weight obviously wouldn’t stick. My genetics predetermined that the weight I actually could gain would go straight to my bottom half and never the top. At the beginning of October, I started a weight gain journey with a certain product and low and behold, the weight I was gaining stuck! But like I said, it went to the bottom half. So, I did some DEEP digging to find something for my breasts and I came across this specific brand of PM! It was rated the best potency out there, so I figured why not? Since I finally found something to help me keep my weight on, why not try this? The arrival of this product was so fast and I was super impressed! The packaging (glass bottle) was a plus! I started as soon as I got the bottle. I did not wait until certain phases in my cycle. I was too impatient! I started seeing a difference at 30 days in. Keep in mind, I was a skinny girl so the curves I have now came slower than most. I also started as a 32B. I was also doing breast massages since 7-27-2017 so I think that helped a bit. I’ve never stopped and don’t plan on stopping the massages until I’m at my goal. Also, the PM ACCELERATED my booty and hips! I was already destined to get those but they showed up at my first week and a half to 2 weeks! My measurements was 36 and I’m now at 41.5! Like I said, I started my weight gain journey a little before PM, so it aided in the growth! So I kept at the dosage of two pills per day with milk on an empty stomach (I would stop eating 30 minutes before taking them). I began spotting on Thanksgiving Day 2017 and it was extremely light! I didn’t mind the spotting since it would start and stop. I had no PMS symptoms or cramps. I was already blown away but this time, the pill was just showing off at that point. In December, I experimented and tried 3 pills a day with milk for one full bottle. After the 20 days, I would go back to 2 with the next bottle. I’m pretty sure it didn’t make a difference. BUT when I went back to two, I started getting my heavy flow again. By “again”, I meant before I’ve ever taken this pill. This happened a week ago. At that moment, I knew it was time to rest my body. I figured I’ll just keep going until I hit 12 weeks then I’d break. This pill is literally a miracle to me. I’ve had a heavy flow all my life and it lightened it, it leveled my mood, made my skin butter, and gave me popping curves! So I didn’t expect the heavy flow to happen but like I said, I’ll start back on 1-21-2018 after my cleanse. All in all, I got the results I’ve wanted and then some! I’m now at a 32C and plan to go up until I’m at a size I like. This stuff works, it’s the best potency, you get the product extremely fast (even in this weather), the seller gifts additional supplements, the price is amazing, you’ll look and feel great....what more could you want?!

I bought this to help with acne and while I am happy with my breast size, I did not mind if they got bigger. I gave four stars because it cleared up my skin nicely. If my breasts got bigger, it's barely noticeable. So the product served its purpose for me. Now here's the downside. I began to get regular ocular migraines, a condition where there is an expanding shimmering shape in your vision, which lasts for about 5-30 mins. This may or may not be accompanied by a headache(during, before or after). I did some research and found that this condition is linked to high levels of estrogen. Since I stopped taking them I have not had any ocular migraine. So this has confirmed it for me! I hope this may help anyone who may be experiencing the same effects. Other than this, the products worked well for my skin. I don't believe it should be taken long term. Please research the herb well before you decide to use it. *************update********************** About a couple of months after I stopped taking PM, I noticed my acne returned. So I decided to try PM once more but with lessened dosage. Through my research I discovered that no one could give a proper recommended dosage. I read that it should not be taken during menstruation. I believe this is true because looking back at my records I realized that would get the ocular migraines during or around the time of menstruation. So its been about a month since I started and no ocular migraines yet. The dosage that seems to be working for me is one capsule every other day(on evenings) and none during menstruation. My skin is clear once more and I intend to take a couple months break between bottles. 20/11/16 I have gradually increased the dosage to 1 capsule per day and still none during menstruation. I am happy to report that I have not had any negative side effects so far. So I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.

*EDIT/UPDATE After trial and error, and some research, I discovered the hard way that it's very important to take progesterone if you are taking estrogen supplements especially if you are of menstrual age and have hit menopause yet. Unless you are officially severely estrogen deficient as determined by testing, it's very important to take the two together to balance each other out. I felt wonderful for about 5 days and then had severe PMS symptoms and nearly lost my mind. After some research I ran out and bought a chasteberry (vitex) supplement at GNC for $8 and immediately felt better the following day. Chasteberry is the plant equivalent of puearia mirifica but produces progesterone. With these two together I feel better than I have in a long time, my energy is up, I look younger and my hair is thick and shiny. Let it also be noted that I'm taking about 1/3 capsule of both puearia mirifica and chasteberry daily. It doesn't take much. This is a MIRACLE plant, hence the word mirifica. I took this once a long time ago, coincidentally it caused me to get pregnant after a year of trying (was also taking pre-natal vitamins as suggested) but the two worked! In 5 days - my energy has improved, my PMS has lessened, my skin is tighter and face fuller-not as saggy/droopy, my breasts have increased maybe 25% and my hair is thicker and shiny. I highly HIGHLY recommend this plant for an all over health and beauty supplement.overall just feel mentally well and healthy. I only take a half capsule a day, and I'd recommend the same until you know how this will increase your estrogen levels. I also RECOMMEND buying from this seller. They have the highest purity and also the highest dosage so you get more for your money. Cannot recommend this enough. Beyond satisfied.

I noticed a lot of tenderness and changes in breast size not a half a cup or anything, just more firm and lifted after just two months . The capsules are large but easily swallowed and very soft , I have problems sometimes taking large supplements this is not hard for me. I have been off of them now for a month , I haven't lost anything however I do take prescription estradiol mainly wanted to replace it with this supplement. I took this at night with plenty of water ,or warm milk works to as well and helps with the obsorbtion from what I have read the Thai woman take it in the evening.

I have never had uterine cysts. My menstrual cycle has always been normal and healthy. Any ultrasounds I've had have always shown no findings (I would get an ultrasound to check my IUD). Within one month of taking this herb (from this company), I developed a large uterine cyst which burts and landed me in the hospital with the most severe pain I've ever had in my life (needed morphine, and still felt some pain even after the morphine). The acute pain lasted for about 24 hrs, so I had to take Norco's just to be able to lay down and rest. After that I suffered a lot of pain for 10 days. CT scan showed tons of fluid all over my pelvis and abdomen. I had a CT scan, ultrasound, and bloodwork that confirmed it was a cyst. Now, I love herbs, and BY NO MEANS am I saying that pueraria won't work for many women. But for me, this is what happened. Since the rupture, I've had another ultrasound (about 2 mo later) and I had not taken the pueraria mirifica since prior to the cyst rupture. I have no cysts anywhere and everything appears normal....again....PLEASE beware. I think the responsible thing would be to have one's hormones checked before deciding on this herb. I don't have any signs of estrogen dominance or high estrogen, and yet this is what happened to me. I'm 33 years old, and again, developed this problem for the first time ever in my life within one month of starting the herb. Process of elimination.....just consider it and be responsible about taking this herb. I was not responsible and I own that.

This product definitely works I was a 36b and went to a dd cup within two months. I took two capsules a day and would massage with oil after shower. However I had really bad headaches and I got the worst yeast infection I’ve ever had in my life along with lots of discharge. I got breast pains within a week of Taking . I loved the fullness and size of my breast however the yeast infection was treacherous. I was also Very constipated and had a lot of gas and stomach pains. Also after I stopped taking I lost a lot of volume . I’m currently at a 36c. I had to discontinue usage. I’m going to try Swanson’s bovine ovary I was told results are permanent and it makes you have a second puberty. It’s kinda pointless to Have to keep taking pills for life to keep up size . I gave three stars because they do work but are to strong for my system it cause some minor uncomfortable side effects. I was able to balance my body back out with probiotics, Garlic and vitamins and tons of water.

I have tried probably five different brands and this one worked the fastest and best. Some of the others did not help my breast grow for some reason. This one shocked me because my breasts went from a C cup to a D cup in about a 5 weeks. If I had not experienced it myself I would not have believed how fast it worked. Previously, I had used another brand that grew my breasts from a AA cup to a C cup, but that brand was too pricey and worked slowly. So why am I ordering more of this? Because I have noticed that my breasts are starting to sag again since I stopped taking it. I'm 58 years old. I will stay on this forever.

Love this. I was able to feel a noticeable increase in breast size after just one week of taking these pills, and the difference became visible over time. After about one month I've grown about a cup size -- I used to be a 34A/32B and those bras no longer fit and are uncomfortable to wear. I wear bralettes now to accommodate the growth, LOL. I take one pill nightly, as taking the pill in the morning gave me nausea, at first. I do not take any pills during my period. This also cleared my hormonal (chin) cystic acne, which I've been struggling with for 10+ years. I've tried many topical treatments and skin care routines (Acne.org, Reddit's r/skincareaddiction routines, Stridex, La Roche Posay, BHA/AHA treatments, etc.) without success. This and an extremely low-carbohydrate diet were the only things that worked. Taking these pills is definitely easier than changing your diet, though. My skin looks noticeably better generally, as does my hair. I think taking this made my face "prettier" generally, but it's hard for me to describe how as the non-acne differences are subtle. But I do think there is a difference -- I love how I look without makeup now, whereas before I'd get grossed out by my reflection. I did notice my thighs and butt got thicker, though. Not sure if I like that, but I like having clear skin and slightly bigger boobs enough to keep taking it.
