It cleans well and leaves your floor looking great.

I love my Bona spray mop. However, the refillable cartridge collapses and flatens. It appears it is like a vacuum and air does not replace the fluid as it is used. Is there a secret to avoiding this?Thanks for your help

The product is really good and I love how it cleans and shines my hardwood floors. However, this replacement refill is a mess! When not in use, the product leaks out of the mop continuously and makes a mess. The cartridge was used for the first time 2 days ago, and due to the continual leaking, it will soon be empty. I contacted the supplier, but it is a few days past the 30 day return policy, so they will do nothing about it. After reading reviews written by others, apparently this problem is a constant one with this newly designed refill. I don't know if I will ever purchase it again....too bad, because the product itself is excellent.

I purchased this refillable cartridge, because it is pictured with a handle to facilitate pulling it out of the mop.. The product that was delivered, doesn't have a handle, and is hard to pull out of the mop unit.

I have been using the Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner for years. It works well and the smell is not overpowering like some cleaners are.

We recently put gorgeous hardwood floors in our home. It's a significant investment and we want to take care of it. Bona is the best stuff for hardwood floors. I trust my floors to Bona. I bought the automatic mop thing where you put the bottle of Bona on it and then squeeze the trigger to get a spray of product. It's so easy to use and the floors look great. If you have wood floors, this product will keep them beautiful for a long time.

By far the best cleaner I have found for my hard wood floors! I love the mop system where you can just spray it onto the floor, WAY faster than the manual mop with spray bottle I used to have. I like that these are refillable, the first few I purchased were single use containers which isn't very environmentally friendly (and more expensive).
